Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality cleaning or maintenance
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including bending and lifting
- attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and chemical handling procedures
Job Qualifications
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills
- ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests
- relevant experience in a large resort
Job Duties
- Maintains and cleans balcony
- works with Engineering department to maintain condition/quality of balconies
- reports all maintenance problems as needed
- notifies supervisor when a shortage of supplies is noticed
- recognizes and uses appropriate cleaning chemicals
- turns in articles left in rooms to management for lost and found handling following hotel procedures
- assists with projects as needed
- performs other duties as required
