Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
  • Willingness to adhere to Hyatt cleanliness and safety standards

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Good physical stamina for walking and standing during shifts

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to Hyatt standards
  • Communicate courteously with guests and address their requests
  • Make extra beds including sofas and roll-away beds
  • Volunteer to clean additional rooms for extra compensation
  • Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies
  • Assist team members to ensure room readiness and timely turnover
