Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Willingness to adhere to Hyatt cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to Hyatt standards
- Communicate courteously with guests and address their requests
- Make extra beds including sofas and roll-away beds
- Volunteer to clean additional rooms for extra compensation
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management
- Follow safety and sanitation policies
- Assist team members to ensure room readiness and timely turnover
