Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds throughout the day
- pass background check
- ability to work at computer
- tolerate irregular hours
- willingness to work both inside and outside the building as needed by events
- knowledge of safe work practices
- knowledge of general cleaning procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in housekeeping or janitorial position desirable
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work in a team atmosphere
- maintain professional demeanor
- skill in operating radio devices
- skill in operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums
Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning throughout the facility
- clean floors including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing
- clean and stock bathrooms
- dust areas containing furniture such as offices
- clean windows
