Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months previous housekeeping experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Experience in scheduling and budgeting according to occupancy
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Serve as a point of contact for housekeeping staff, guests, and other departments
  • Communicate by phone and radio to address inquiries and requests
  • Enter and retrieve information on reservations, check outs, room rushes, lost items, and other housekeeping-related inquiries
  • Coordinate housekeeping schedules and support department budgeting according to occupancy
  • Provide administrative support to the housekeeping department
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards
