  • Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist with opening the house and provide clear direction and instruction to the team
  • Distribute and track all devices and keys to runners, lobby attendants, room attendants, housemen, supervisors and special projects
  • Distribute all checklists to each position
  • Maintain inventory in closet directly behind the office coordinator desk
  • Keep cleanliness and organization in housekeeping office area
  • Assist with locating required supplies or communicate to designated persons
  • Monitor Kipsu and communicate guest requests and completion status to housekeeping and front office
  • Prioritize room types, VIPs and special requests by communicating with team, front office, laundry and engineering
  • Maintain open communication with front desk and engineering on room status and pending defects
