Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber
- Adhere to company policies concerning health and safety
- Follow operational and loss prevention controls
- Compliance with labor laws, including meal and break period policies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer
- Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows
- Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Cross-trained to work in multiple store areas such as backroom, front end, and sales floor
- Support and respond to front end coverage needs as required
- Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies including shrink reduction
