Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience
  • bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • familiarity with OnQ system
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • supervise team members including counseling, evaluations, and rewards
  • oversee and conduct room inspections
  • recruit, interview, and train team members
