- minimum two years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience
- bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- familiarity with OnQ system
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- oversee and conduct room inspections
- recruit, interview, and train team members
