Job Requirements

  • Must have minimum three years experience in customer service
  • Experience in hospitality highly desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and purchasing
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs independently and heavier with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years customer service experience
  • Experience in hospitality environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under stress
  • Knowledge of hotel methods, purchasing, and budget preparation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25lbs independently

Job Duties

  • Supervises housekeeping staff including training, assigning, coaching, and mentoring
  • Approves leave and recommends personnel actions
  • Conducts room and area inspections for cleanliness and safety
  • Maintains records and prepares purchasing and operational documents
  • Coordinates staffing and workload scheduling during peak periods
  • Ensures compliance with safety and security regulations
  • Provides exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues promptly
