Job Requirements
- Must have minimum three years experience in customer service
- Experience in hospitality highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Knowledge of hotel operations and purchasing
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs independently and heavier with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years customer service experience
- Experience in hospitality environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under stress
- Knowledge of hotel methods, purchasing, and budget preparation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25lbs independently
Job Duties
- Supervises housekeeping staff including training, assigning, coaching, and mentoring
- Approves leave and recommends personnel actions
- Conducts room and area inspections for cleanliness and safety
- Maintains records and prepares purchasing and operational documents
- Coordinates staffing and workload scheduling during peak periods
- Ensures compliance with safety and security regulations
- Provides exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues promptly
