Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards
- Determine client operational needs and engage appropriate Aramark resources
- Mentor employees by fostering shared understanding of goals and methods
- Reward and recognize employee performance
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards comply with Aramark and client regulations
- Oversee housekeeping duties in overnight-stay locations to meet facility cleanliness standards
- Continuously assess and improve housekeeping processes to enhance client satisfaction
