Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency
- Spanish language skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- 2 years prior housekeeping experience
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
- Knowledge of scheduling and productivity
- High school math level required
Job Duties
- Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
- Inspecting guestrooms and public areas
- Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses
- Follow up on guest complaints and requests
- Assist in training, coaching and development of team members
