Job Requirements
- Two plus years of housekeeping management experience
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- degree in hospitality healthcare or related field preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- degree in hospitality healthcare or a related field preferred
- minimum 2 years housekeeping management experience
- strong communication skills
- proven leadership abilities
- knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
Job Duties
- Oversee all housekeeping operations including scheduling training and supervision of housekeeping staff
- develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the facility
- coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- develop and manage budgets and inventory for housekeeping supplies and equipment
- ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines
- provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service and safety
