Job Requirements

  • Two plus years of housekeeping management experience
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • degree in hospitality healthcare or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • degree in hospitality healthcare or a related field preferred
  • minimum 2 years housekeeping management experience
  • strong communication skills
  • proven leadership abilities
  • knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee all housekeeping operations including scheduling training and supervision of housekeeping staff
  • develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the facility
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • develop and manage budgets and inventory for housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines
  • provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service and safety
