Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, and house person operations to ensure high cleanliness standards
- Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to maintain seamless guest experiences
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure quality, cleanliness, and proper working order
- Recruit, train, and lead team members with a focus on productivity and guest satisfaction
- Manage departmental schedules, supplies, and budgets to meet operational goals
- Respond to guest needs and resolve service issues in a timely, professional manner
- Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and brand requirements
