Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years janitorial or custodial experience
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid United States Driver's License
- successful passing of driving record and criminal background check
- physical capability to lift, push up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle physical demands including stooping, bending, climbing stairs, and working at heights
- pass background and credit checks
- ability to operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely
Job Qualifications
- Must successfully pass a driving record and criminal background check
- must be at least 18 years of age
- excellent customer service skills
- physical capability to lift, push up to 50 lbs, stoop, bend, climb stairs and work at heights up to 21 stories
- able to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years janitorial or custodial experience required
- must possess a valid United States Driver's License at time of appointment and throughout employment
- essential skills in interpersonal communication, memory, attention to detail, following directions, comprehension, calculating, reading, writing, speaking, evaluating, mathematics, organizing, and innovation
- knowledge of methods, tools, materials and equipment
- understanding of applicable safety codes and regulations

Job Duties
- Conduct all cleaning duties including sweeping and vacuuming carpets, sweeping, mopping and waxing floors, trash pickup and removal, cleaning toilets and urinals, cleaning and shining mirrors, cleaning walls and trash cans, cleaning arena seats, dusting furniture
- Control housekeeping equipment such as brooms, mops, buckets and wringer, toilet brushes, garbage bags, cleaning cloths, gloves, mask and cleaning solutions
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools including buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for cleaning floors, walls, carpets, furniture
- Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets
- Perform trash pickup in parking lots and around the perimeter of buildings
- Perform cleaning and related activities like removing snow or debris from sidewalks and stairs within sixteen feet of buildings using hand-operated tools or small power equipment
- Clean arena floors and staging with scrubbers post-event including pre/post cleaning for event readiness
- Follow instructions for use of chemicals and supplies, ensuring safe and proper usage
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Work with labor agencies to acquire necessary personnel for in-house cleaning services, manage timesheets, handle personnel issues, and assign cleaning tasks as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
