Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a hotel or resort setting
- Working knowledge of cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
- Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and perform scrubbing and washing duties
- No degree required
- Availability to work days, holidays, evenings as needed, and every weekend
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
- Maintain an inventory of supplies
- order and distribute supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed
- Monitor and control expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place
- Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
