Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping
- Experience in luxury resort environments preferred
- Knowledge of luxury resort standards such as AAA and Forbes
- Proficient in cleaning techniques and chemical use
- Fluency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and resolve problems effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to undergo staff training
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a housekeeping supervisor
- Supervisory experience in a luxury resort environment
- Knowledge of AAA, Forbes, and LHW standards
- Understanding of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, prioritize tasks and organize effectively
- Calm and clear thinker with good judgment
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and resort information
Job Duties
- Oversee housekeeping staff operations and performance
- Train and supervise supervisors, attendants, and other housekeeping personnel
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service zones to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
- Assist housekeeping team to meet guest service expectations
- Coordinate with other departments and external contractors
- Implement and enforce compliance with AAA, Forbes, and LHW standards
- Manage departmental training needs and staff performance corrections
