Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of housekeeping management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing housekeeping teams
- Three plus years in hotel housekeeping management preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience every day
- Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met
- Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs
- Oversee staffing from interviewing to coaching and support performance management with fairness and clarity
- Train associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program to keep quality top-notch
