Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in housekeeping or related area
- or 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform physical inspections and manage staffing
- commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties
- support the daily shift operations of housekeeping, recreation/health club, and laundry if applicable
- ensure guest room status is communicated to the front desk promptly
- conduct daily inspections of guestrooms and public areas
- inventory and maintain adequate housekeeping supplies
- supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and enforce policies
- schedule staff according to business demands and track attendance
- provide feedback and recognize team members
- respond promptly to guest complaints and work toward improving service performance
