Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in housekeeping or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
- No work experience required if degree completed
- Ability to lead a team and conduct inspections
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Willingness to work full time in a management role
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supports the daily operations of housekeeping, recreation/health club and laundry
- Ensures guest room status is communicated promptly to the front desk
- Conducts daily inspections of guestrooms and public spaces
- Inventories and maintains adequate stock of supplies and equipment
- Supervises staff, schedules employees according to demand and tracks attendance
- Provides feedback and coaching to employees on service behavior
- Responds to guest complaints and implements corrective action plans
