Job Requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel management preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and squat for long periods

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and manage the housekeeping team and evaluate their performance
- Inspect guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, and hallways for cleanliness and order
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules with front desk and maintenance personnel
- Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning tasks and job schedules
- Manage labor costs within budget standards and staffing guidelines
- Follow safety and security guidelines including chemical handling and emergency response
- Manage supply inventory and storage procedures
- Develop staff work schedules and coordinate assignments
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure productivity and quality
- Ensure compliance with brand quality performance standards
- Maintain effective guest relationships
- Enforce professional dress and grooming standards among staff
