Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, with a minimum of 3 years in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
  • Knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations

  • Minimum of 3 years housekeeping management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong background in housekeeping management
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are properly maintained
  • Recruit, train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance or repair needs
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Oversee floor care, including carpet cleaning, waxing and polishing
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
  • Step up and be hands-on as needed
