Job Requirements

  • must pass security clearance per company policy
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • ability to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel
  • must be honest and trustworthy
  • ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • ability to speak and read English
  • ability to learn and use computer systems such as Quore and Hotel Effectiveness
  • must display professionalism and maintain guest privacy
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in lodging or housekeeping supervision
  • knowledge of housekeeping cleaning standards and materials
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • basic computer skills
  • leadership or management training experience
  • familiarity with safety and security protocols

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team
  • inspect all areas of the hotel to ensure sanitation and brand standards
  • maintain necessary housekeeping and laundry supplies
  • assist with monthly inventories and ordering
  • ensure all equipment is in proper working order
  • maintain key control for guests and associates
  • present training resources to staff
  • assist with scheduling within labor models
  • maintain guest privacy
  • coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming
  • perform other assigned duties
