- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping management preferably in the hospitality industry
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to perform quality inspections and maintain high standards
- budget management experience
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with housekeeping management software is a plus

- Previous experience in a housekeeping management role ideally within the Hilton family of brands
- demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

- familiarity with housekeeping standards and cleaning techniques
- proficiency in managing budgets and cost controls
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department including cleaning schedules for rooms common areas and conference facilities
- recruit train and manage housekeeping staff ensuring all team members are equipped for success
- perform quality checks and inspect rooms and public areas to ensure all spaces meet Hilton’s rigorous cleanliness standards
- manage and maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring budgetary guidelines are met
- collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate room repairs and general upkeep
- resolve guest issues and complaints concerning housekeeping service and equipment in a timely and professional manner
- develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness
- prepare reports on activity personnel and information such as occupancy cleaning costs and department expenses
