Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff and schedules
  • Familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in upscale or branded hotel environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas
  • Manage financial responsibilities including payroll and scheduling
  • Lead and mentor housekeeping staff
  • Train and develop future housekeeping leaders
  • Monitor and enhance departmental performance and guest experience
