Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality management
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and schedules
- Familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards

- Prior experience in upscale or branded hotel environment preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas
- Manage financial responsibilities including payroll and scheduling
- Lead and mentor housekeeping staff
- Train and develop future housekeeping leaders
- Monitor and enhance departmental performance and guest experience
