Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Ability to push or pull up to 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds

- Experience in lodging, housing, housekeeping or similar environments
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards and inspection techniques
- Familiarity with housekeeping supplies and equipment

- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating the activities of the Housekeeping Team through meetings and communications
- Inspect all hotel areas to ensure sanitation, brand standards and health and safety requirements are met
- Maintain necessary supplies and guest loaned items effectively
- Assist with monthly inventories, ordering, receiving supplies and processing invoices
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is in proper working order
- Maintain key control for guests and associates ensuring security
- Present training resources and facilitate continuous education for staff
- Assist with scheduling and labor management adhering to designated labor models
- Maintain guest privacy at all times
- Coordinate with Maintenance Department to ensure timely property upkeep
- Maintain a professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- Perform other assigned duties within capability
