Job Requirements
- Must pass appropriate security clearance for access to guestrooms and property
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds
- Ability to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel
- Ability to hear, speak, and read English
- Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to use computer systems such as Quore and Hotel Effectiveness
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with LBA procedures and policies
- Must maintain guest privacy at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in lodging, housing, housekeeping, or related supervision roles preferred
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping materials, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to follow brand and safety standards
- Basic computer skills and use of property management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff
- Skill in maintaining logs, inventories, and payroll reports
- Ability to multitask and handle guest service issues professionally
- Understanding of safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping team activities through daily and monthly meetings
- Inspect all hotel areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance
- Maintain necessary housekeeping and laundry supplies and guest loaned items
- Assist with monthly inventories, ordering, receiving, and invoice processing
- Ensure proper working condition of housekeeping equipment
- Manage security and key control for guests and associates
- Present training resources for continuous staff education
- Assist with scheduling and labor model adherence
- Ensure guest privacy is upheld
- Coordinate timely maintenance requests with Maintenance Department
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Perform other assigned duties as capable
