Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment as required

- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to follow basic safety procedures
Job Duties
- Schedule and assign daily work assignments to the custodial team
- Oversee completion of assigned custodial tasks and ensure quality of work
- Partner with department leadership to address performance deficiencies
- Participate in training and retraining of employees
- Clean assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and clutter-free work environment
- Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment
- Follow procedures for trash storage and disposal
- Report maintenance concerns via work order requests
- Adhere to safety procedures and company regulations
- Ensure security of company assets and facility
