Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years hotel experience as a room attendant
- Previous supervisory duties preferred
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of safe use of housekeeping and laundry chemicals and hotel housekeeping operations
- Supervision and training skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work assignments
- Ability to direct performance of team members and follow-up with corrective action where needed
- Dependable

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times while providing personalized service to hotel guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Be proficient at all Housekeeping systems and processes
- Direct the housekeeping team and act as a liaison between housekeeping team and General Manager
- Clean guestrooms to DKN Hotels' standards
- Follow DKN Hotels' policy for room amenities
- Turn items left in guestrooms into Lost & Found
- Maintain complete security of keys checked out and never leave property with a key
- Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel
- Deliver DKN's "Home Away From Home" experience
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
