Job Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety precautions
- ability to communicate with co-workers and others in a professional and courteous manner
- physical capability to stand and walk on concrete and uneven ground such as lawns, fields, and gravel
- ability to perform two-handed work, open and close doors, push and pull equipment and objects, lean, bend, kneel and crouch
- ability to assess cleanliness standards, identify spills, and be aware of vehicle presence
- ability to work up to two continuous hours indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check

Job Duties
- Cleaning the rest area grounds, buildings, lobbies, restrooms, vending areas, parking areas and ramps
- sweeping and mopping floors
- washing windows and glass doors
- cleaning commodes, urinals, sinks and mirrors
- stocking toilet paper and soap
- keeping sidewalks, parking lots, and lawn areas free of litter and debris
- emptying trash containers
