Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years of experience as a housekeeper in a hotel with over 100 rooms
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Maintain superior cleanliness levels in all guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas
- meet or exceed all productivity and expense levels as set forth in the budget process
- ensure that all Housekeeping Personnel are trained in the company-approved programs
- ensure that all department employees are treated to the fair and appropriate application of all company policies and procedures
- assist in the championing of the Company Mission Statement and Hotel Mission Statement with key emphasis on Superior Guest Service and Product Quality
- maintain an open and professional approach towards fellow managers and their departments
