Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good physical stamina
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality
- At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to train and lead staff
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Supervise cleaning personnel
- inspect hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies
- assign work to cleaning personnel
- train staff in housekeeping duties
- post room occupancy records
- adjust guest complaints regarding housekeeping services
- write requisitions for room supplies and furniture renovation or replacement
- report needs for room redecoration
- examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or damage
- check and count linens and supplies
- record inspection results and notify staff of inadequacies
- perform cleaning duties as needed
