Job Duties
- Inspect rooms after housekeeping cleaning to ensure Hyatt standards are met
- liaise between housekeeping and front desk for room release communication
- verify cleanliness and quality of guestrooms and suites
- collaborate with housekeeping supervisors and staff for smooth operations
- report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
- ensure readiness of rooms for resort guests, owners, and VIPs
- uphold hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction
