Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience
  • ability to inspect and assess room cleanliness
  • effective communication skills
  • energetic and detail-oriented
  • ability to work well with teams
  • availability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • at least 1 year of previous housekeeping experience

Job Duties

  • Inspect rooms after housekeeping cleaning to ensure Hyatt standards are met
  • liaise between housekeeping and front desk for room release communication
  • verify cleanliness and quality of guestrooms and suites
  • collaborate with housekeeping supervisors and staff for smooth operations
  • report any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
  • ensure readiness of rooms for resort guests, owners, and VIPs
  • uphold hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction
