Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams
  • Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to enhance the guest experience
  • Coach team members and enforce housekeeping standards
  • Monitor workflow and maintain department efficiency
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and team performance
