Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or cleaning
Ability to work part-time hours

Experience as a housekeeping or cleaning supervisor in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing

Job Duties

Lead, mentor, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams
Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to enhance the guest experience
Coach team members and enforce housekeeping standards
Monitor workflow and maintain department efficiency
Foster a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of inspections and team performance
