Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel-related role
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and control the cleaning and servicing of all guestrooms and public areas in the hotel
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper and property leadership with the overall cleanliness of the hotel
- Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping staff
- Manage work schedules and coordinate housekeeping activities
- Train housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures and standards
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies and linens
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
