Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
- Must be able to lift, push, reach for, and carry 40 or more pounds frequently
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience or training
- Associate's degree in Management or Hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Work under direction of the Regional Housekeeping Manager
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests
- Set goals for performance that coincide with Heritage's plans and vision
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, operations, labor, and Heritage brand product and regulations policies
- Direct team members toward accomplishing daily goals and ensuring all hotel accommodations are cleaned by the standard 4:00 PM check-in time
- Obtain list of vacant rooms needing immediate cleaning and prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments
- Assign workers duties and inspect work for cleanliness standards
- Report any deviations to established standards as directed
- Advise manager or desk clerk of rooms ready for occupancy
- Assign, train, mentor, and direct team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas in clean, comfortable, and saleable condition
- Enforce standard procedures for acceptance, security, and return of customer lost and found items
- Resourcefully solve issues and manage problematic situations
- Review occupancy and event levels to staff labor accordingly
- Prepare and initiate ongoing cleaning of carpets, drapes, windows, and upholstery
- Follow all safety and health regulations including PPE protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with this position
