Job Duties
- Supervise and control the cleaning and servicing of all guestrooms and public areas in the hotel
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper and property leadership with the overall cleanliness of the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and standards
- Report maintenance issues and collaborate with maintenance team to resolve any problems
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
- Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
