Job Duties

Supervise and control the cleaning and servicing of all guestrooms and public areas in the hotel
Assist the Executive Housekeeper and property leadership with the overall cleanliness of the hotel
Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and standards
Report maintenance issues and collaborate with maintenance team to resolve any problems
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
