Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV printout
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical ability to perform duties involving walking standing climbing kneeling and crouching
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow standards of conduct and resort policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking standing climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Able to maintain organization and cleanliness
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV printout
Job Duties
- Deliver all guest requests within 15 minutes,Deliver all room requests in timely manner,Pick up and discard all room trash from storage closets,Keep supply room organized break down and discard boxes,Keep accurate inventory of all specialty items,Keep golf carts clean and charged,Clean and polish irons,Adhere to all standards of conduct as outlined in the associate handbook,Perform other duties as assigned
