Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform manual cleaning and lifting tasks
- excellent communication skills
- dependability and punctuality
- ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work is an advantage
- ability to work flexible hours including weekdays weekends and holidays
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
- perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping furniture moves etc as needed
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
