Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform manual cleaning and lifting tasks
  • excellent communication skills
  • dependability and punctuality
  • ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work is an advantage
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekdays weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

  • clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
  • perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
  • greet guests in a friendly manner
  • report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping furniture moves etc as needed
  • deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
