Job Duties
- Deliver clean linens, amenities, and supplies to room attendants
- keep carts stocked and storage areas organized
- collect soiled laundry and towels from guest rooms and back-of-house areas
- remove trash from hallways, public spaces, and service areas
- assist with deep cleaning and quick touch-ups in guest rooms or public areas as needed
- respond to guest room service requests with a friendly and helpful attitude
- assist room attendants with heavy tasks like vacuuming, making beds, or turning rooms quickly
- communicate with housekeeping leadership to ensure all requests are completed efficiently
- help unload and organize incoming deliveries of housekeeping supplies
