Job Requirements

  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving furniture
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
  • willingness to learn and take initiative
  • basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety

Job Duties

  • Empties room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash
  • vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers
  • clean, dust and remove spots from corridor walls and doors
  • obtain amenities and supplies for room attendants
  • flip mattresses and move furniture as needed or directed by supervisory management
  • removes trash and linen from guestrooms as directed by supervisory management
  • expedites special guest requests such as extra towels, blankets, or pillows
  • other duties as assigned
