Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Physically able to perform cleaning duties
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Demonstrated commitment to hospitality values including integrity and teamwork
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
  • Perform dusting and polishing of furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
