Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of safety and cleaning procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality values including integrity and teamwork
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Perform dusting and polishing of furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
