Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand, bend, lift and move furniture for extended periods
- attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- ability to use cleaning tools and equipment safely
- willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- good physical health
- basic literacy and numeracy skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to move heavy furniture
- excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- general cleans guest rooms by moving furniture and cleaning areas such as edging carpets, washing inside windows, checking drapes, scrubbing bathroom floors, inspecting with a black-light, changing shower curtains, vacuuming
- rotates mattresses on a quarterly basis
- runs daily room status report
- charts all daily activities on progress chart
- assists in deep cleaning of guest rooms
- supports hotel’s outstanding guest service efforts
