Job Duties
- maintain guest hallways, public spaces, and service areas to the highest cleanliness standards
- stock housekeeping carts with linens, towels, and supplies to support daily operations
- replenish guest room amenities as needed with care and attention to detail
- assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments to maintain hotel quality
- follow all company, OSHA, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- respond to guest and team member requests in a prompt and professional manner
- support housekeeping team members as needed to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
