Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and move objects as required
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- customer service oriented
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- at least six months of customer service experience
- hotel experience highly preferred
- ability to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves, as needed
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
