Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
  • Availability to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Compliance with Hilton's standards and values
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Hotel experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to perform manual cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work morning shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Commitment to quality and dependability

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including but not limited to restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
  • Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping, furniture moves, as needed
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
