Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of customer service experience
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Availability to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Compliance with Hilton's standards and values
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Hotel experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to work morning shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Commitment to quality and dependability
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including but not limited to restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping, furniture moves, as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
