Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
  • Willingness to work morning shifts weekends and holidays
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to follow established cleaning procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Hotel experience highly preferred
  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work morning shifts weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated alignment with Hilton values such as hospitality integrity leadership teamwork ownership and urgency
  • Adaptability and dependable work ethic

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
  • Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping furniture moves as needed
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
