Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience required
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Willingness to work morning shifts weekends and holidays
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow established cleaning procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Hotel experience highly preferred
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work morning shifts weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated alignment with Hilton values such as hospitality integrity leadership teamwork ownership and urgency
- Adaptability and dependable work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
- Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping furniture moves as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
