Job Requirements
- Flexible scheduling availability including overnight shifts
- Ability to communicate in English
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and hotel standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated flexibility to work varied shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving cleaning and maintenance
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of cleaning methods and chemicals
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
