Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
  • ability to communicate in English
  • schedule flexibility including mornings, weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • ability to work efficiently and safely
  • willingness to take initiative and respond to guest needs promptly

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous hotel housekeeping experience highly preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good physical stamina and dexterity
  • excellent customer service skills
  • flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
  • perform dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, emptying ashtrays
  • greet guests in a friendly manner
  • report maintenance deficiencies and items needing repair
  • stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping, furniture moves
  • deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
