Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- schedule flexibility including mornings, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- ability to work efficiently and safely
- willingness to take initiative and respond to guest needs promptly
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous hotel housekeeping experience highly preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good physical stamina and dexterity
- excellent customer service skills
- flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- perform dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, emptying ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items needing repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping, furniture moves
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
