Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts
- ability to stand, walk and lift heavy objects for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures

- Previous hotel housekeeping experience
- ability to work morning shifts, weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to handle physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
