Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping or related field highly desirable
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Schedule flexibility including availability on weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
Flexibility to work mornings weekends and holidays
Good communication skills
Dependability and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
Greet guests in a friendly manner
Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping furniture moves etc as needed
Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
