Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year of relevant housekeeping and customer service experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English
  • Availability to work full rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to follow established safety and cleanliness policies

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of housekeeping experience
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
  • Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
  • Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
