Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of relevant housekeeping and customer service experience
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Availability to work full rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow established safety and cleanliness policies
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of housekeeping experience
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- Perform tasks including dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
